Lunch & Learn: Building a Company Culture of Sustainability
November 27 @ 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
Each person holds a unique view of the world and of our opportunities to live more sustainably and more joyfully within it. The world needs these ideas and these voices. How does a company build a culture around sustainability? What is the role of sustainability in strategic planning and its importance to the bottom line? We’ll explore New Belgium’s approach to sustainability and discuss the brewer’s path in cultivating an environmental ethos among company coworkers and their beer drinkers.
A vibrant culture is different for every organization, but the foundations that make it possible translate across all organizations. Culture is curated not dictated and like a garden, it takes regular tending and care, but these efforts pay off in worker happiness, engagement, productivity and creativity.
